Behavior Plan

A behavior chart will be displayed in the classroom.  Each child will begin the school day on green.  The colors on the chart stand for the following:

GREEN=Ready to learn
YELLOW=Warning Given
ORANGE= Think About It (students will fill out a behavior reflection form)
RED= Parent Contact/ Office Referral
Students will also have the opportunity to move to PURPLE when outstanding behavior is displayed. Notices will also be written in agendas as students move up or down the chart.

Bulldog Pride

Everyone is expected to display Bulldog Pride. Students will be engaged in lessons and activities on character development to ensure that they understand what Bulldog Pride looks like in the classroom, bathroom, hallway, cafeteria, playground, and on the bus.
P=Prepared with materials and attitude.

R=Respectful of others, school, and themselves.

I=Independent worker, thinker, person.

D=Determined to do my best, to work hard, to succeed.

E= Enthusiastic about learning and life.

The PBIS committee will provide rewards for students that display Bulldog Pride on a daily basis.  Documentation will be kept on behavior/homework completion and will help determine students that qualify each nine weeks.  Students will also have the opportunity to earn 3 stamps per day for following the rules in the morning, during transitions, and in the afternoon.  This will be documented in student’s agenda each day.  Agendas should be signed nightly by parents.
